Technical Description
    The THLWX-E1 lab system is elaborately designed for "Power System Protective Relaying", "Electric Power Engineering", "Electric Power Automation", and "Power System Microprocessor-based Protection", etc., which addresses the requirements of colleges and vocational school. It combines multifunctions such as protection, measuring, control, monitoring, and communication, facilitating students mastering the protection connection, commissioning method, and principle of conventional relaying protection and microprocessor-based protection. Additionally, RS-485/Modbus-RTU interface and computer monitoring software are available for users.
    Safety has been paramount during the development of this equipment and every effort has been made to protect both the user and instruments:
      3-phase 4-wire power supply input with floated ground design;
      Main power, being controlled by key switch and protected by illuminating fuse;
      Power to control panel, being controlled by contactor, STOR/START button;
      Available voltage type leakage protection and current type leakage protection for control panel;
      Overcurrent protection for both sides of 3-phase autotransformer;
      Timer & alarm recorder.
