Technique description
The THJDME-E1 optical & mechanical & electrical integrated training system is a typical mechatronics product, is open designed with concept of Competence Based Education (CBE) in the industrial standard architecture. It consists of a training desk, mechatronics devices, power supply, push buttons, PLC, frequency converter, AC motor, step motor and driver, various sensors and simulated manufacturing simulation unit (feeding mechanism, robot arm, belt conveyor, and material sorting included). All the control objects are typical electromechanical device, approximately simulating the industrial field environment. The equipment is recommended for teaching and skill training of relative specialties, it also can be used as the skill training & examining equipment for technical school, vocational center and vocational qualification certification station. Safety is paramount, including current mode leakage protection and voltage mode leakage protection.
