I. Product overview

     The training platform refers to the real wind power generation system, including electric pitch model, nacelle and yaw model, hydraulic braking system, alternator, PLC, servo motor, frequency converter, touch screen, grid-connected inverter and all kinds of sensors, cultivating students' comprehensive vocational abilities such as installation and overhaul of wind turbine components, installation and maintenance of hydraulic system, installation and maintenance of electronically-controlled pitch, maintenance and overhaul of electrical equipment, debugging and operation and maintenance of wind turbine, and so on. The course develops students' comprehensive vocational abilities such as installation and maintenance of components in wind turbines, installation and maintenance of hydraulic systems, installation and maintenance of electronically controlled pitch, maintenance and overhaul of electrical equipment, commissioning and operation and maintenance of wind turbines.

 

II. Product characteristics

1. High realism: Referring to the real wind turbine as the object, it contains electronically controlled pitch unit, hub, main shaft, gearbox, generator, tower, sensors, hydraulic braking system and electrical control system, etc., which realistically expresses the running state of wind turbine.

2. Comprehensive and strong: integrated mechanical transmission, hydraulic control system, servo control system, PLC electrical control system and sensor system, not only to meet the basic wind power related professional training teaching, but also for engineering training and vocational skills competition.

3. Strong safety: with current-type leakage protection, with overcurrent protection, to prevent damage to the equipment by misoperation; with phase sequence protection, when the phase is broken or the phase sequence is changed, cut off the circuit power supply to prevent the motor from reversing; with overload protection for the hydraulic system, to prevent damage to the equipment from overpressure of the system.
